Tasting Notes
Pale Ale delivers bittersweet juicy, piney citrus hop notes, together with hints of biscuit malt sweetness. Finishes slightly bitter, crisp and refreshing.

Hops
Cara and Crystal malt give a solid malt foundation, together with Cascade, Centennial and Willamette hops, which are generously added late in the boil.

Tastes Great With
Sausages or a good old-fashioned cheeseburger. Very good with cheeseboards and also chargrilled or roasted vegetables.
